The Executive Suite below Patio BB comprises two bedrooms with en suites. Newly appointed and tastefully decorated. Large fabulous minimalist sitting room with Italian leather L shaped seating area. Large plasma TV. 24 Hr WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer and all mod cons. There is a dining area  for six.

The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed with memory foam mattress and freeview TV. There is a brand new en suite walk in shower room. The second bedroom is smaller with two single beds and a fabulous brand new large en-suite bathroom.

There is separate off street parking and the apartment has a dual level patio area. Entrance is via a private gateway and the apartment has it own front door. Please note the Executive Suite does not have access to a swimming pool.
